Your own isolated stack in our AWS estate in London: your own network, your own encrypted Postgres database, your own refresh job, your own application. Nothing is shared with another customer, and an isolation test confirms it on every release.

Your own AWS account
The same stack deployed into an AWS account you own, through a deployment role you create and can revoke at any time. Your data never leaves your estate. You pay AWS directly for the infrastructure and TrueFigure for the software.
For larger or regulated organisations, or anyone whose security team wants the data at home.
Straight answers
| Where is my data stored? | In a Postgres database dedicated to you, in AWS London (eu-west-2), or in your own AWS account in the region you choose. Encrypted at rest and in transit, with automated backups and point in time recovery. |

| Is my data used to train AI models? | No. The agent calls Anthropic's Claude models under commercial terms that exclude training on customer data. Prompts and responses are not retained by the model provider beyond the request. The sub-processor list is on the security page. |
| What does the AI see? | Your data dictionary, approved definitions, and the query results it needs to build and check a report. It reads your curated tables with a read only database role, with row limits and time limits enforced in the database. |
| Can end users ask the AI questions? | Not in this release, by design. Only your reporting specialist talks to the agent, and nothing reaches viewers until a person has checked it and published. |
| Who can see which reports? | Report access is by your Microsoft Entra ID groups. Row level access by contract, region or client is enforced in the database, not in the browser. Sensitive columns such as margin are hidden unless a user's group is allowed. |
| Can I leave? | Yes. Your database is standard Postgres and every report is a readable JSON specification. We will give you a full export on request, and a bring your own account customer already has it. |
| Do you connect to Planon or SAP directly? | You can. The default is to read the Power BI dataflows you already refresh, so there is no second pull from the source systems and no extra API cost. Direct pulls are available where you want them. |
