Simple, and no meter on the AI

You pay for your dedicated platform, for the people who build reports, and for viewers in bands as you grow. AI usage comes as a monthly allowance of credits that is a hard limit, never a surprise bill: when it runs out, the agent pauses until you top up.

What is a builder seat?

A builder is anyone who talks to the agent, edits reports, approves definitions, uploads reference data or publishes. Usually a reporting specialist and the people who submit requests. Viewers see published reports, use slicers, export and subscribe. Each tier includes a number of viewers, and more are added in bands of 50, which works out at a fraction of a Power BI licence per person.

What is a client portal?

A sign-in for one of your clients, with their own branded dashboard and monthly packs, restricted to their contract. Client users are not counted as viewers or builders. Client packs without a portal are included from the Business tier.

What is an AI credit?

One credit is roughly one round of agent work: a question answered, a draft produced or checked. A typical report takes 10 to 30 credits to build and far fewer to change. The app shows the credit cost of typical jobs and your usage so far, so spend is predictable.

What happens when credits run out?

The agent pauses and tells your specialist. Published reports, slicers, exports and the nightly refresh carry on as normal. An admin buys a credit pack in the app, or switches on automatic top-up with a monthly ceiling they choose. There is no overage billing and nothing you did not agree to in advance. Unused credits roll over for a month.
