Curated tables

Orders, requests and PPM orders with SLA status, PPM status and first time fix computed at each refresh. Tables and columns keep their Planon names, so your team already knows them.

Starter definitions

What counts as a job, which statuses are open, when a PPM is late, how first time fix is scored. Each arrives pending, for your specialist to approve against your contracts.

Job status overview with status tiles and customer breakdowns, PPM compliance with pass and fail and status per month, and work in progress by customer, status and manager.

SAP Business ByDesign too

Cost and revenue reporting needs SAP lines matched to Planon jobs. The pack includes the matching rules, a match rate report so you can see what did and did not match, and a reference table for manual overrides. Unmatched lines go to a data quality view, never silently dropped.

Reference data from spreadsheets

SLA targets, budgets, contract values and your financial calendar usually live in Excel. Upload them as versioned reference tables with validation, and the agent can report actual against target and by financial period.
